As GTM.io helps founder-led B2B technology companies build, lead and execute sales and marketing, Trudie ensures the operational foundations behind the business are equally well organised. She keeps timelines clear, communication aligned and the team focused on delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.

Before GTM.io
Trudie has worked across marketing and operations roles within global organisations including Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Westpac, and IBM, as well as serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Wolters Kluwer Australia.

Outside of work, Trudie is a mother of three and brings the same care and coordination to family life that she applies professionally.
She is a self-taught abstract artist, creating bold, intuitive works through her studio practice and sharing her art publicly. For her, creativity is a space for exploration - guided by instinct, emotion, and freedom rather than rules.
Earlier in her career, she also worked as a makeup artist, another reflection of her creative eye and attention to detail.
Trudie balances structure with creativity, precision with intuition.
