Tom is a key contributor to GTM.io’s Data, Automation & AI capability, supporting both Infrastructure and Delivery engagements.
He works closely with senior GTM Partners to help design, build, and optimise the systems that underpin effective go-to-market execution, including CRM configuration, automation workflows, reporting dashboards, and AI-assisted processes.
Tom brings strong technical curiosity and a practical, hands-on mindset. He supports the implementation layer of revenue systems, ensuring data flows correctly, processes are structured clearly, and automation reduces manual friction inside growing teams.
His work often involves translating commercial requirements into structured workflows and connected systems that operate reliably in live environments.
As one of the emerging technical specialists within GTM.io, Tom is developing his capability alongside experienced operators, contributing energy, precision, and a deep interest in how AI and automation can improve commercial performance.
His role is to help turn strategy into working systems.
Before GTM.io
Tom is in the final year of his university studies, building his career at the intersection of technology and go-to-market systems.
Prior to joining GTM.io, he worked as a GTM Engineer at Covalent Labs, where he supported the implementation of marketing and sales systems, automation workflows, and performance tracking environments for growth-stage businesses.
His work included building end-to-end automations across CRM, outbound, and content processes, connecting tools through APIs and structured data pipelines to create repeatable execution.

Outside of work, Tom is a competitive cyclist, a pursuit that reflects his disciplined, incremental approach to improvement.
He also coaches rowing and rugby, developing young athletes and reinforcing his belief that strong systems and consistent fundamentals drive long-term performance.
Tom maintains a strong interest in AI, automation, and data technologies, continually experimenting and learning as the landscape evolves. At this stage of his career, curiosity is his greatest asset, and he applies it consistently.
