At GTM.io
Shokoufeh is a GTM Manager at GTM.io, working alongside founders, CEOs and GTM Partners to turn strategy into coordinated execution.
She is responsible for maintaining momentum across client engagements, ensuring priorities become action, specialists remain aligned, and execution stays focused on commercial outcomes. Working across marketing, sales, partnerships, customer engagement and operations, she helps connect the many moving parts that make an effective go-to-market function.
Her role includes delivery management, specialist coordination, operating cadence, workflow management, client communication and continuous improvement. She works closely with both clients and delivery teams to create visibility, maintain accountability and ensure initiatives move forward with clarity and purpose.
With a founder's mindset and an operator's discipline, Shokoufeh brings structure to complexity. She thrives in fast-moving environments, helping growth-stage companies translate ambition into organised, measurable execution.
At GTM.io, she strengthens the Execution layer of the operating model, ensuring strategy becomes action and momentum becomes results.
Before GTM.io
Before joining GTM.io, Shokoufeh founded and led three technology ventures across three continents, taking each from zero to product in market.
Across her first two ventures, an education technology company and a global B2B marketplace connecting educators, learners, and employers, she led product strategy and delivery end to end: shaping the roadmap, running discovery with customers, and translating what she heard into shipped product. Both ventures secured investment, spanning private angel backing and competitive government funding, proof that the strategy held up under real scrutiny.
Her most recent venture, OpenShortlist, pushed her further into the technology itself. She co founded an AI powered search and match platform for enterprise staffing and recruiting firms, working hands on with her CTO to personally build the agentic AI systems behind it, not just direct the roadmap from a distance. She stayed close to the recruiters and staffing firms using the product daily, making sure the technology matched how people actually worked.
What ties all three together is a founder's instinct for learning fast under pressure. Every new venture meant new fires to put out and new skills to pick up on the fly, thinking quickly, solving problems on the spot, and treating failure as data rather than defeat. It's an approach built for growth stage chaos, not corporate comfort.
She holds a degree in Environmental GEO-Sciences from Durham University and a CELTA teaching qualification from Cambridge, and remains an active product mentor within startup communities across Canada and the US, including a cohort of Korean government backed startups preparing for US market entry.
Beyond GTM.io
Raised between Iran, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, Shokoufeh grew up navigating different cultures, communities, and ways of seeing the world. It taught her early that home is often less about geography and more about the people around you.
Since then, she has lived and worked across four continents, developing a deep appreciation for the nuances that shape how people communicate, build relationships, and earn trust. Those experiences have given her a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and quickly understand the dynamics that make teams and organisations successful.
Outside of work, curiosity remains a constant theme. She and her husband enjoy discovering new walking trails with their dog, often opting for the path they have never taken before. The same mindset extends to her baking, where she's far more likely to experiment with a new recipe than repeat an old favourite.
For Shokoufeh, growth has always come from stepping into the unfamiliar and seeing where it leads.
