Her work spans positioning refinement, website and landing page copy, long-form thought leadership, SEO content, email sequences, and integrated campaign assets that support demand generation and sales enablement.

Melissa holds a degree in Journalism and has spent more than a decade building deep expertise in copywriting and content strategy.
Her early career grounded her in the fundamentals of storytelling, research, and editorial discipline. She then specialised in SaaS copywriting, working both freelance and in-house across technology companies - most notably in the child safety space, including roles with Spacetalk and Saasyan.

She also maintains a thriving veggie patch and enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places and reconnecting with nature.
Causes close to her heart include children’s literacy and environmental protection - both reflecting her belief that knowledge and stewardship shape a better future.
And for something a little unexpected: Melissa paints detailed miniatures for tabletop wargames - a craft that requires patience, precision, and creativity.
