GTM Partner

At GTM.io

Luke brings more than 20 years of B2B technology sales experience into the GTM.io Operating Partner model.

He has sold into Enterprise, Corporate, and SMB markets, with deep expertise across SaaS, enterprise-grade software, and cybersecurity products and services. His career has been built inside high-performance commercial environments where pipeline, partner execution, and revenue accountability are non-negotiable.

As a GTM Partner, Luke works with founders and executive teams to:

  • Build and scale high-performing sales teams

  • Design effective enterprise and mid-market revenue motions

  • Develop and expand partner ecosystems

  • Strengthen channel strategy and execution

  • Improve forecast discipline and commercial standards

He has extensive experience helping start-ups and early-stage B2B companies scale revenue - bringing structure to founder-led sales and turning early traction into repeatable growth.

Within GTM.io engagements, Luke strengthens the Execution layer - ensuring strategy becomes consistent revenue performance.

Before GTM.io

Luke’s commercial career spans some of the world’s most respected technology companies, including Dell, Citrix, BMC Software, and CrowdStrike.

He spent over a decade at Dell, progressing through multiple enterprise roles across public sector, banking and finance, corporate accounts, and global systems integrators. He managed major accounts including Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Group, NSW Government agencies, universities, Woolworths, BlueScope Steel and other large enterprises.

At Citrix Systems, he led corporate sales across high-profile enterprise accounts, driving adoption of virtualisation, cloud, and mobility solutions.

At BMC Software, he served as Account Director for Financial Services, working with Australia’s largest banks on digital transformation initiatives.

He then joined CrowdStrike as employee #6 in APAC - when the company was still effectively a regional start-up.

Over a seven-year tenure as Channel Director ANZ, he helped scale the partner ecosystem and commercial engine through hypergrowth. By the end of his time there, his team was generating more than 50% of total country revenue - during the period that led to what became the most successful cybersecurity IPO in history.

That journey - from early-stage regional build-out to global public company - gives Luke first-hand experience in what real scaling looks like inside high-growth B2B tech organisations.

He understands enterprise complexity.
He understands start-up velocity.
And he understands the pressure that sits between the two.

Beyond GTM.io

Outside of client engagements, Luke is the host of The Greatest Comeback podcast, where he explores resilience, adversity, and reinvention with high performers across business and sport.

He is deeply interested in mindset, leadership under pressure, and the behavioural standards that separate sustained success from short-term wins. The conversations he leads reflect a consistent theme: growth is forged in adversity, not comfort.

Luke trains in boxing and prioritises staying fit - drawn to the discipline, resilience, and mental sharpness the sport demands.

He also cultivates a strong interest in conscious leadership - leading with empathy, compassion, and intention. For Luke, high performance does not require ego. It requires courage, accountability, and the willingness to do hard things consistently.

He is an avid learner and believes growth is continuous - professionally and personally.

His guiding motto:

“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.”

That belief underpins how he approaches business, leadership, and life - and it is the mindset he brings to every GTM.io engagement.
